Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking number.

We offer Navidium Shipping protection at checkout. Navidium is automatically added into the cart and you have the option to remove it if you wish. All claims must be made by contacting us through email for any lost, stolen or items damaged during shipping.

We highly recommend purchasing Navidium shipping protection as we are not responsible for items once delivered.

Any order without Navidium shipping protection is subject to signature confirmation to ensure the correct delivery of items.

Packages that are unable to be found must be submitted to us by email within 7 days of delivery. We will start a claim with FedEx which can take up to 10 business days for them to process.

We will not refund orders that are signed for or not received. We will take a case by case basis and assist in tracking the package and opening lost mail cases with Fedex.

Paid shipping is non-refundable upon return of your order.
